1. Agreement
By accessing Muretho Labs websites, dashboards, or analytical systems, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Services
Muretho Labs provides enterprise AI infrastructure, predictive analytics, behavioral intelligence, risk detection, and real-time data processing solutions. Specific capabilities, SLAs, and deployment models are defined in your executed order form or master services agreement.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our systems, including attempts to:
- Reverse engineer proprietary models or infrastructure except as permitted by law
- Introduce malicious code or unauthorized data into production environments
- Use outputs to violate applicable financial, privacy, or export regulations
- Resell or sublicense platform access without written authorization
4. Data & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of data you submit. Muretho Labs retains ownership of its software, models, documentation, and platform architecture. Unless otherwise agreed, we may use aggregated, de-identified telemetry to improve system performance and reliability.
5. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other party's confidential information using reasonable care and will use it only for purposes related to the services. Confidentiality obligations survive termination as described in your enterprise agreement.
6. Fees & Payment
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing schedule in effect at the time of purchase. Late payments may result in suspension of access after reasonable notice. Enterprise contracts may include custom billing cycles and procurement terms.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided on an "as available" basis except where expressly warranted in writing. Muretho Labs does not guarantee specific business outcomes from predictive models, though we engineer systems for accuracy, scalability, and operational reliability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muretho Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within thirty days of written notice. Upon termination, access credentials are revoked and data handling follows the Privacy Policy and your data processing addendum.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws specified in your enterprise agreement, or otherwise by the jurisdiction of Muretho Labs' principal place of business. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, then binding arbitration or courts as agreed in writing.
